The room we stayed in, allocated 1002 with a valley view, was comfortable and clean. However, reaching the room, especially with a child, was a bit scary as the plant wall that was supposed to act as a barrier was completely dry.

The service was absolutely awesome, with super courteous staff members like Swaroop, Rishav, chef Mandal, and chef Sushant. Special shoutout to the front office manager for the attention to detail. However, due to improper sleep, I experienced a migraine during my stay.
